These are your options for a starting deck-
1 Ultra Rare
2 Super Rare
4 Rare
33 Commons
2 Ultra Rare
4 Rare
34 Commons
4 Super Rare
4 Rare
32 Common
You don't need to put Rare Cards in, and you can always substitute one rarity for another rarity of lower value (For Example, you can substitute an ultra rare for a super rare, you can substitute a super rare for a rare and you can substitute a rare for a common). You can only start out with one, and you only start out with 40 cards! No side decks!
This deck thing is just to make sure that everyone's deck is balanced and nobody has the same deck...oh yeah, and try and lay off the destiny heroes ok?
