Magnus looked at a list of some sort. I will find you eventually my pets, he thought, as if he was saying it to the deck list. And then we will wreck havoc again. The old man put the list back into the top pocket of his suit.
Placing his hands on the handlebars before him, he tilted his segway forward and it began to move him forward as well. The old man was just outside of Big Ben, but instead of going anywhere, he was only moving along the perimeter of the structure. Until I reclaim you my pets, I will use these Psychic monsters to have my fun.

After getting away from the two green rose duelists from last time, today it's time for Yuki to board her plane. That is, it was supposed to be today, except the plane has engine problems so she is stuck here for 2 or 3 more days. So, the next stop in the tour, the Big Ben. It was there where she sees a person looking like a mad scientist. Wondering if he escaped from the local asylum, she approached him with caution and asked him politely, "Can I get you to move over so that I can take a picture of Big Ben?"

Magnus looked at the woman. He looked irritated. "Sorry girl, you're going to have to speak up. I'm an old man you know," he said rudely. He saw how she was cautious about him. He turned his segway towards her. This old man wasn't in a good mood it seems. "Tell you what, if you have a certain card on you, give it to me, and I'll move. The card I want is Ultimate Insect LV3. Do you have said card?" the old scientist asked.

'Erratic fellow, isn't he?' Yuki is now just curious about his request right now, and why would he ask for a card from a total stranger? Either way, she decided that she should humor him, after all, it's common courtesy to respect your elders, even if he seems to be a bit insane. She replied, "No sir, I do not have the card that you seek."

Magnus frowned. "That's too bad. I had been hoping to get three copies of that card soon. Well then you have no use to me, but I am bored. Entertain me. I'll give you three guesses on how to entertain me," he told her. The truth was he had no idea on what would entertain him now, and he was just looking for ideas from her by giving her three guesses.

Thinking for a moment to herself, Yuki thinks that she has a solution that will cure the mad scientist's boredom. 'He asked for a card, so he must be a duelist. Since I am bored as well, I do believe that the best course of action is for a duel.'
Looking at the scientist, she said, "How about a duel then? Should keep both of us from being bored."

Magnus grinned at her suggestion. "My thoughts exactly," he lied. His eyes flashed green. A pair of gold-rimmed wings with green membrane sprouted from his back. His body grew until it was Thought Ruler Archfiend standing on the segway. Thought Ruler Archfiend looked menacing, except for the fact he was still on the segway, which made it look comedic.
"I will duel you." His mouth didn't move, and the words were being communicated directly into her mind; obviously a psychic ability from a psychic monster.

Yuki nodded as the holograms activated, transforming her into her deck master, Ice Master. As her hand of five cards appeared in front of her, she said, "As the saying goes, respect your elders, right? So would you like to go first?"

Six cards appeared in front of Magnus and he looked down at them. "I summon Mysterious Puppeteer (1000/1500)." A masked man in robes appeared before Magnus. He was holding a puppet. "Now each time a monster is Normal Summoned, I gain 500 life points. "I set two cards in my back row and end." The old man in the form of a Synchro monster didn't seem worried one bit.

Yuki's next card appeared in front of her and she frowned. This starting hand looks like it is making fun of her, as the cards are a little too diverse for her to do much with it. First things first, she decided that she will activate her field spell, A Legendary Ocean. The field spell downgrades all water monsters by one level, as well as giving their attack and defense a 200 boost. She looked at her opponent, wondering if he is going to chain anything to that.

"Oo, a water deck. Well I am afraid you are going to have to use some powerful cards if you want to stop me. But I'll let you continue for now."

She smirked, as she knows that her deck has power. The only problem is her opponent's defense. To finish off her turn, she set one monster and two cards in the m/t zone before saying, "Your turn."
Right after her opponent drew his next card, during his Stand-by phase, she said, "Royal Decree, activate."

"Clever girl. By setting your monster I don't gain life points." He shrugged to her royal degree. "If you think that will help you, you are wrong."
Another card appeared in front of him. "I will set a monster of my own and change my Puppeteer to defense position. This should keep me safe for now. Turn end."

The next card appeared in front of her, and the process of decision making is getting even worse. She does have his traps locked down though, so the problems for her summoning will be lessened. Thinking for moment, she eventually decided to play it safe by flip summoning her f/d monster, Nightmare Penguin (900/1800 before boost, 1400/2000 after boost). As the penguin in the tuxedo shot her opponent's face-down monster back to his hand, he gains 500 life points in the process.
After that, she summoned the monster, Cold Enchanter. As the lesser version of Ice Master appeared on the field, her opponent gained yet another 500 life points. She activate her Cold Enchanter's effect and discarded another Nightmare Penguin from her hand to add an Ice Counter onto Cold Enchanter, boosting his attack to 2300.
She paused a bit to see if her opponent will counter anything she did this turn thus far.

Magnus chuckled. "Why thank you for the boosts. I will lose life points, but you will pay for this next turn," he promised her.
OOC: No chain for that post.
