Glancing over the field, Yuki did wonder what her opponent is going to do the next turn. But first, she has the current turn to worry about. Giving her monsters the signal to attack, she watched as Cold Enchanter's staff clonked and destroyed the puppeteer, while Nightmare Penguin waddled nice and close to the synchro monster hologram before launching its attack. With those attacks, she ended her turn.

Magnus drew his next card and smiled at her. "I summon Psychic Jumper (100/1500). This is the card you so kindly saved from destruction, and now to show you the cost. I play Emergency Teleport." With this card on the field a new monster popped out of Magnus's deck. Mind Protector was in ATK position with 0 ATK. "I now use Psychic Jumper's effect. By paying 1000 life points I can give you control of Mind Protector and take control of your Cold Enchanter."
OOC: Chains so far?

((OOC: Yeah, Nightmare Penguin's attack is just 1300, added it wrong.))
'Nice move, She thought to herself, It would be even nicer if I can counter, but...' Yuki shrugged and said, "No counters there."

"I now discard all three cards in my hand to add three more counters to my Cold Enchanter." Now he was just rubbing it in her face as he discarded three trap cards; Telepathic Power, Life Absorbing Machine, and Psychic Rejuvenation. Cold Enchanter's ATK then went up to 3000. "Now Psychic Jumper will Attack Mind Protector to deal 100 damage, and Cold Enchanter will attack your Penguin. Turn end."

((OOC: You are at 6700, right? Due to the paying 1000 life points, I meant.))
Yuki winced at the attack, using her own monster against her, clever. But she is not down and out just yet. After setting a monster, she ended her turn.

OOC: Forgot about that; I tend to forget paying sometimes.
IC: Magnus drew his next card with a strange smile on his Archfiend face. "I change Psychic Jumper into defense position and then have Cold Enchanter attack again." He chuckled. "I will end after that."

The face-down monster was revealed to be... Penguin Soldier. With its effect, Yuki opted to return both monsters back to their respective owner's hand. Yuki let out a sigh of relief as her own monster returned back to her hand.
She looked at her opponent for his reaction to that.

"Hey! That was mean. You stole the Cold Enchanter I stole." He set a monster; it was an easy guess on what it was. "I end"

She could almost laugh at that statement... almost. Now is the time for focus, not the time to be letting her guard down. The next card appeared in front of her, and when it's finally her Main Phase, she summoned her Cold Enchanter. Now comes the dilemma, which of the two cards should she discard for the counter? After a while, she decided to discard Cold Enchanter to get a Ice Counter on her Cold Enchanter. So now, she has a monster with 2100 attack. After all that, she declared an attack on the face-down monster and called it a turn.

Psychic Jumper was destroyed, leaving Yuki without having to worry about it stealing Cold Enchanter again.
A new card appeared before Magnus. "Now time to show you a Level 5 monster I can summon without a tribute," he told her. "First I play Psi-Station. When a Psychic Monster is summoned, I can pay 500 life points to increase the monsters level by 1 and ATK by 300. So I summon Psychic Snail." Just as he said, Psychic Snail started off at level 4, but after Psi-Station it was a level 5 monster with 2200 ATK.

"Now Snail will attack your Enchanter."

Yuki doesn't like this at all, her monster is getting destroyed by a.... snail. That has got to hurt a monster's pride somewhat. "There goes Enchanter again, no counters."

"Of course no counters; your Decree prevents most chains." I however have cards that can be activated as chains. "I will end my turn now. And Psi-Station is a continuous card, so each Psychic monster I summon will be able to go up in level and strength, giving my monsters the boost I need."

Yuki nodded and said, "That's why I keep it around." As her next card appeared in front of her, she said, "Now, since I took your lesson to heart, it's time I summon a Level 5 monster without tributes also." After saying that, Giga Gagagigo (2650/2700) was summoned to the field. "A Level 5 monster, thanks to my field spell, is now of the field with no tributes. It's Giga Gagagigo, try saying that three times fast." Now, after Yuki motioned the attack, Giga Gagagigo went for its attack against the snail and destroying it in the process. "I guess I will end."

Magnus glared and drew his next card. His gaze lessened as he saw it. "I summon Krebons (1200/400). I won't use Psi-Station on him though." A strange, half-human, half-machine monster appeared on his side of the field. The monster's face looked like l33t faces. "Any attack made on him, I can negate. You have no hope of getting to me now."

That was a card that she was familiar with, pay 800 life points to negate any attack. Doing a couple of quick calculations, if his life points does not increase, he would be able to block 7 attacks, and the next next attack should be game.
As the next card appeared, she looked surprised. This deck has a sick sense of humor today. First, Penguin Soldier when her monster was taken control, then Giga Gagagigo when her opponent summoned a level 5 monster without tribute, and now this card when her opponent has the perfect stall.
"Here it comes, the one to break your wall, I will tribute my monster to summon Levia Dragon to the field!" As her most powerful monster took the field, she asked the scientist, "Isn't he cute? But he is more than just a pretty face. Now, I will activate my sea-serpant's effect." Levia dragon then drained all the water around him, and sent out a tsunami wave to destroy the entire field.
She then waited to see if her opponent can do anything to negate that devastating effect.
