One: What is the purpose of having the card rarities?

Are you planing to have it affect the way the individual character is able to progress with like rank in there faction or something

And

Two: For the deck are we going to be using the TCG formant? as in advanced vs traditional?

And if so which formant are we using?

1) I think Raine's intention was so that the decks could be a little more balanced. For example, no Dark Armed Dragon spamming.
